This is a very interesting design concept. Our engineers came up with the idea of incorporating the concept of a
turbocharger into the development of the caster wheels for our tool cart. We started developing caster wheels that are more
suitable for toolboxes. We believe that a toolbox needs stability and the ability to work on a workbench. Therefore, we have
created caster wheels that meet these requirements for our tool cart.
We initially designed the metallic parts of the caster wheels based on conventional designs, but we found that they couldn't
meet the original design intentions of the toolbox. Therefore, we made adjustments to the rotating part of the metallic bracket.
We incorporated two precision steel balls of the same size in terms of diameter and circumference, which gave the entire
metallic bracket a completely new strength. After conducting repeated impact tests, we found that this metallic bracket part
could effectively support the entire toolbox tabletop.
However, the caster wheels did not perform as expected. The tools, wrenches, pliers, and screwdrivers on the toolbox were
shaking, resulting in increased noise when pushing the tool cart, which was very unsatisfactory. Therefore, we made further
adjustments to the caster wheels. In the end, our test results showed that the caster wheels we designed are excellent. They
reduce noise and vibration, and provide more stable protection for the toolbox tabletop.
